Refund & Cancellation Policy



1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for products and services purchased on the thinkCAE platform (“Platform”).


2. General Policy

thinkCAE offers a variety of digital products including online courses, mentorship programs, and membership subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital content and services, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.


3. Courses (One-Time Purchase)

  • Refunds for courses purchased on a one-time basis will be considered only if requested within 7 days of purchase and if the course progress is less than 10%.
  • Refund requests must be sent to admin@thinkcae.com with a valid reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or mostly consumed courses.

4. Membership Subscriptions

  • Free Membership: No charges apply.
  • Pro and Elite Memberships:
    • Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
    • Cancellations can be made at any time from the user dashboard.
    • No refunds are provided for partial use or mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Mentorship Programs

  • Mentorship programs are cohort-based and may involve limited seats.
  • Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the cohort start date for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once a mentorship program has started.
  • Transfers to a future cohort may be granted upon written request and availability.

6. Freelance & Job Board Fees

  • Fees for job postings or project listings are non-refundable once published.
  • Platform commissions from freelance engagements are non-refundable.
  • Dispute resolution between clients and freelancers does not guarantee refunds.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted on a discretionary basis in the event of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Platform technical failure resulting in non-accessibility
  • Legal requirements or compliance obligations

8. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@thinkcae.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used for registration
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Product/Service purchased
  • Reason for refund

All valid requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.


9. Changes to this Policy

thinkCAE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with appropriate notice.
